Lead Recruiter - Manufacturing Industry

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, clarify role requirements, and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver strong shortlists, and build talent pipelines for selected requisitions.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer recommendations using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Recruiters and other recruiting team members.

Requirements

• Native German and advanced English.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership and recruitment delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, talent acquisition practices, and related metrics.
