What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a rapidly growing R&D business unit.
• Develop innovative and scalable sourcing and hiring strategies with business units and hiring managers.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, guide hiring managers, and support the development of strong teams.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, maintain talent pipelines, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for business decisions, strategy, processes, and activities.
• Lead or contribute to cross-organizational initiatives, recruiting events, special programs, tech events, panels, and webinars covering candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, and EVP creation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiter experience in a high-tech company.
• BA in a related field from a leading institution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, and daily productivity.
• Fluent English and German.
• Independent, self-starting, results-oriented, hands-on, and able to execute and follow through in a fast-moving, changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive approach, creative out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to collaborate and engage others.

• MA or MBA.
