Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a rapidly growing R&D business unit.
• Develop scalable sourcing and hiring strategies with business units and hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner and support excellent team building.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process and analyze recruitment data for business decisions, strategies, and processes.
• Lead or participate in initiatives covering candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation, meetups, tech events, panels, webinars, and other recruiting projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company.
• Fluent English and German.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a leading institution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, and daily productivity.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, execute effectively, follow up, and deliver results in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, a positive approach, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• MA or MBA degree.
