Sr Manager, Sourcing Post-Production & Marketing

Location: Hybrid role based in Universal City, California, with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead complex and large-scale RFP and RFI processes for post-production and marketing categories.
• Evaluate supplier fit, negotiate complex contract terms, and establish service-level agreements.
• Analyze supplier spend and category market trends to support sourcing strategies.
• Calculate cost savings and value-added metrics from sourcing initiatives.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders across Film, Home Entertainment, Television & Streaming, and Operations & Technology.
• Manage cross-functional sourcing projects and anticipate risks in supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or metric-driven negotiations.
• Demonstrated success with complex negotiations and supplier service-level agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work from the Universal City, California office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, entertainment, television, or film.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and complex project management.
• Experience or interest in post-production, marketing, and related emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI technologies or the ability to learn them quickly.
