Supply Analyst - 12 month FTC (Retail Supply Chain)

Location: Leicester, with visits to stores and the non-stock warehouse in Bristol as required

Retail operations supporting hirify.global, partner brands, wholly owned brands, and licensed brands across purchasing, supply, and store operations.

What you will do

• Create and maintain supply plans, compare forecasts with actuals, identify trends, and escalate supply risks.
• Manage stock levels across more than 400 SKUs, addressing excess stock, slow-moving lines, backorders, and replenishment needs.
• Build supplier relationships, support supplier reviews, tenders, quotations, and delivery planning.
• Oversee gift card replenishment, allocations, purchase forecasts, packaging data, and environmental submissions.
• Produce weekly dashboards, management information, dispatch reports, and insight for stakeholders.
• Investigate queries, support invoice compliance, review off-book stock, and improve supply processes and partner onboarding.

Requirements

• Commercial understanding of stock management, supply planning, and supplier performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and turn findings into actions.
• Logical, proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach to managing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of accurate reporting and processes.
• Availability to work in Leicester and visit stores and warehouses when required.

Nice to have

• Retail or purchasing and supply experience.
• Experience working with suppliers, third parties, or external partners.
• Experience creating dashboards and using AI tools.
• Understanding of supply chains, forecasting, and stock management.
