Procurement Manager (AI Hardware)

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Lead a procurement team of 10–15 people across Taiwan, the UK, and Finland, directly and through a Team Lead in Taiwan.
• Build sourcing, purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, approval, contract, and reporting processes.
• Manage OEM, ODM, and distributor relationships, negotiate terms, escalate issues, and secure hardware allocation in tight markets.
• Coordinate procurement requests from Infrastructure, Engineering, Finance, and Operations while setting priorities.
• Plan purchases around data center build schedules and manage supply risk, lead times, and total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in global procurement or supply chain, ideally involving data center hardware, servers, GPUs, or another technology supply chain.
• Experience leading teams across countries, including through a team lead, and developing junior employees.
• Experience building procurement processes from scratch.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge or delay requests when necessary.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders and presenting to leadership.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating GPU or server allocation with OEMs or ODMs.
• Experience working with suppliers in Taiwan or wider APAC.
• Experience setting up or improving ERP or purchase-to-pay systems.
• Experience in a fast-scaling company or a function built from scratch.
• Mandarin language skills.
