Marketing Operations Specialist (Cybersecurity) (CRM/Market Research): Managing data-driven marketing operations, outreach campaigns, market research, and performance reporting for cybersecurity products across Spain and Latin America with an accent on CRM segmentation, database quality, and campaign analytics. Focus on designing multilingual outreach, analyzing qualitative and quantitative market data, and optimizing workflows and event performance for the Brazilian market.
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid); working hours are 10:00am–7:00pm with a one-hour lunch break to cover part of LATAM timezone hours.

What you will do
- Analyze marketing performance data, campaign KPIs, event results, CRM data, surveys, and digital campaign results.
- Design and execute email and call outreach campaigns for events, webinars, surveys, and brand activities.
- Manage database cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, scoring, and advanced CRM targeting.
- Improve marketing workflows, processes, reporting, and operational productivity.
- Coordinate market research projects, including survey design, audience segmentation, execution, and analysis.
- Manage external vendors and agencies while producing strategic recommendations for campaign and market optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.
- Strong experience in marketing operations, data management, or process optimization.
- Expert analytical, technical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Advanced reporting skills with Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Fluent written and spoken Brazilian Portuguese, understanding of the Brazilian market, and fluency in Spanish and English are required.
