Marketing Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, hiring in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain only; collaboration with a team in the EST Time Zone.

What you will do

• Publish and adapt approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and podcast platforms for both brands.
• Coordinate launch run-of-shows, sequencing, embargoes, platform publication, and live checks.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and mentions while escalating sensitive questions and sharing recurring themes with the team.
• Track awards and competitions, including deadlines, materials, and submissions.
• Maintain production intake, delivery schedules, asset systems, and final QA for copy, links, claims, and tracking.
• Produce marketing reports and automate repeatable operational workflows with AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience covering publishing, production tracking, and reporting.
• Experience administering HubSpot, including properties, workflows, deduplication, lead sources, UTM tracking, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and the ability to respond to comments and direct messages in a brand voice.
• Sharp attention to detail for checking links, tags, claims, assets, and tracking before publication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, build trusted dashboards, and explain performance changes.
• Professional English is required; all business is conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Daily experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to automate real work.
