Sales Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer health scores using order frequency, dispute rate, response time, fill rate satisfaction, and related indicators.
• Develop at-risk account reporting, churn propensity models, renewal dashboards, and customer value analytics.
• Identify expansion opportunities, market share movement, wallet share changes, and service upgrade opportunities.
• Connect internal databases, CRM systems, and BI tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Automate dashboards, alerts, and recurring reports while standardizing data definitions.
• Lead AI adoption for analytics, implement self-service prompts and query interfaces, and validate AI-generated insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Specialist.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, with Power BI preferred.
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment; spare parts experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience connecting ERP or WMS data sources and familiarity with CRM structures such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar tools for analysis, including pandas and basic statistics.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.

• Spare parts logistics experience.
