Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work policy.

What you will do
- Own multilingual localisation projects from briefing and planning through translation, review, linguistic QA, integration and delivery.
- Manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, communication and budgets across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, Content, Brand, Design, Copywriting and local market teams.
- Coordinate translators, reviewers, agencies and other localisation partners.
- Ensure cultural adaptation, terminology consistency, style-guide compliance and alignment with ’s brand voice.
- Improve localisation workflows, tools and processes, including automation and AI-assisted localisation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in localisation, translation project management, content operations or a related field.
- Experience managing multilingual projects end to end, ideally for digital, product, marketing or CRM content.
- Strong knowledge of localisation, translation, transcreation and linguistic QA.
- Experience with translators, agencies, freelancers or external partners, plus a TMS, CAT tool, CMS or project-management platform.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage several priorities independently.
- Professional fluency in English and native or near-native French with excellent spelling, grammar and style.

- Experience tracking budgets, quality indicators or operational performance.
- Additional languages.
- Experience in media, music streaming or subscription businesses.
