Localization Vendor Manager

Location: Seville, Spain; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for freelance and agency vendors, from testing through reference checks and onboarding.
• Negotiate vendor rates, maintain accurate database records, and recruit and allocate vendors based on client criteria.
• Act as the internal point of contact for vendor issues, quality concerns, and non-conformances.
• Monitor resource performance, provide feedback, and identify gaps requiring subject-matter specialists.
• Work with Project Management, Operations, and Business Development to support recruitment and resource planning.
• Conduct account reviews and provide timely KPI reports to support resource availability and retention.

Requirements

• University degree in translation, languages, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of recruitment and/or allocation experience, ideally in the translation industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
• Quality focus, attention to detail, IT literacy, and commercial awareness.
• Fluent English and ideally one additional language, spoken and written, are preferred.
