Senior Product Manager, Fraud (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States, with regular onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Salary: USD $180,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Drive product development for fraud infrastructure, including detection capabilities, fraud models, third-party data integrations, and consumer verification.
• Balance fraud prevention, user conversion, information security, and operational considerations when making product decisions.
• Partner with fraud management to monitor and improve relevant fraud KPIs.
• Act as product owner for scrum teams delivering fraud platform enhancements.
• Evaluate and implement third-party data, API, and software integrations.
• Work with operations to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Significant expertise in fraud strategies, models, data sources, and infrastructure in a fintech environment.
• Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and A/B testing software.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and resolve stakeholder questions and conflicts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid San Francisco office environment with regular onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
