Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Southfield, Michigan, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders on sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and hiring decisions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews while maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare competitive offers with HR Business Partners and business leaders, addressing risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System documentation and improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, stakeholder management, negotiation, and offer management skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to generate recruitment data and reports as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
