Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Energy)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Participate in the global Talent Acquisition community and share recruiting knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor labor-market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Develop candidate communities and pipelines aligned with hiring plans.
• Source and secure talent through Avature, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, talent mapping, and direct outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and translating data into hiring and workforce-planning decisions.
• Strong stakeholder-management, influencing, and advisory skills.
• Experience leading growth hiring initiatives and developing creative sourcing strategies.
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools, talent-intelligence platforms, and data-driven recruiting insights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; must work onsite at least three days per week.
