Automotive Retail Sales Executive (Automotive)

Location: GB Bedford - Acrey Fields, based at the Bedford head office; access to a vehicle is required.

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts and support the vehicle auction and remarketing process.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build relationships with retail customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting through the Automotive Portal.
• Support sales growth, customer retention, and continuous service improvement.
• Meet customer SLAs and KPIs while following company procedures, audit requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, insurance loss, vehicle remarketing, or a similar industry.
• Previous customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, organised, and attentive to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to access the Bedford head office by vehicle.
