Finance Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: York, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexibility to choose the work location on Fridays.

Annual base salary: $117,673.33–$189,800.00.

What you will do

• Lead the Finance and ERP/IT teams, supporting business performance, profitability, and financial integrity.
• Provide financial guidance through complex analysis, variance analysis, scenario planning, modeling, MORs, and QBRs.
• Direct forecasting and planning cycles, including the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly reforecasts, KPIs, and risk-and-opportunity reviews.
• Evaluate capital investments, operating expenses, rental fleet expansion, and facility optimization using ROI, ROIC, and CROIC models.
• Oversee accounting policies, cash management, tax planning, internal controls, SOX compliance, and GAAP/IFRS reporting.
• Lead process improvement, automation, pricing analytics, ERP efficiency initiatives, and cross-functional strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline; an MBA and CPA are strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of FP&A or business finance experience, preferably in manufacturing and commercial environments.
• Strong financial forecasting, economic modeling, variance analysis, ROI/ROIC/CROIC modeling, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing complex projects, influencing senior leaders, and communicating financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Knowledge of risk management, tax, statutory requirements, GAAP, IFRS, and financial controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with EPICOR, Oracle R12, and OneStream is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and Dataiku for data visualization.
• CPA or MBA qualification.
