Digital Services - Global Business Unit Lead (SaaS)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; onsite role. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and strategy teams to translate business strategy into financial models, one-pagers, and five-year plans.
• Support investment planning, initiative spending, ROI tracking, budgeting, capital optimization, and quarterly governance.
• Analyze SaaS KPIs including ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and other performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain SaaS P&L views, reporting outputs, financial tools, and transformation capabilities.
• Provide financial support for internal controls, organizational changes, M&A, and post-merger integration.
• Mentor analysts and peers in software and SaaS financial practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in financial management, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, accounting, financial management, and P&L management.
• Advanced financial modeling, long-range planning, data analysis, variance analysis, KPI development, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, execution, adaptability, and learning agility.
• Must work onsite in Spring, Texas, United States of America; relocation is not available.
