Senior Technical Delivery Manager (Air Force) (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; expected in the office 4–5 days per week. Travel of 10% or less annually may be required for customer engagements.

Base salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD annually, plus a potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Orchestrate agile program delivery for hirify.global-led technology engagements, managing risks and removing impediments.
• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, position services, and execute account expansion strategies.
• Manage a complex book of business using financial tools, forecasting, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze customer goals, build business cases, define use cases, and create long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, stakeholders, buyers, influencers, and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with software architects and product designers to design, construct, and deploy enterprise-grade orchestration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an agile delivery environment, including at least 1 year leading technology implementation teams.
• Experience managing a portfolio or book of business with structured financial tools, forecasting, and budgets.
• Experience using value-selling methods to build client business cases and demonstrate financial benefits.
• Ability to work in the McLean office 4–5 days per week and travel 10% or less annually.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Department of War programs, ideally USAF contracts.
• Experience in software consulting focused on CRM, ERP, data integration architecture, enterprise application integration, or master data management.
