Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week.

Salary: $68,300–$192,900 annually.

What you will do

• Own delivery roadmaps, quarterly plans, milestones, scope, sequencing, and trade-offs for data and AI products.
• Plan pilots and releases, define user baselines, and measure adoption, time saved, quality, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, IT, security, data teams, subject-matter experts, program teams, and business leaders.
• Lead integration, legacy-system transition, cutover, risk, and change-management planning.
• Facilitate agile planning, reviews, retrospectives, Jira workflows, and cross-product delivery governance.
• Use AI to maintain plans, identify risks and bottlenecks, automate administrative work, and evaluate scope, resource, and timeline scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery management, or a similar role delivering software products or platforms.
• Experience taking products toward production, real-user adoption, complex integrations, dependencies, and legacy systems.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery, including Scrum, Kanban, portfolio-level planning, and Jira.
• Technical depth in architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML trade-offs, plus hands-on use of AI tools in program management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or engineering tools.
• Automotive product development experience, including vehicle configuration, bills of materials, parts data, cost engineering, or complexity reduction.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity modeling, regulated environments, user adoption, or global teams across time zones.
