What you will do

• Deliver projects from design concept through final completion of deliverables and submissions.
• Analyze data sets, develop and document architectural, urban planning, and site design concepts, and create project presentations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams across hirify.global and Clayco.
• Support project management and serve as a client liaison with public- and private-sector stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance on planning, regulatory, urban design, and site design topics.
• Develop public engagement tools and represent hirify.global at community and civic events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant, demonstrable experience.
• Competence with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and 3D modeling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas graphically.
• Competent presentation skills and a consistent understanding of design thinking delivery and implementation.
