Advertiser Solutions Intern (AI)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; expected to work in the office 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager and Germany Sales Leadership to build systems for pipeline velocity and sales execution.
• Build, test, and improve AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work for sellers and Account Managers.
• Automate recurring country-level and EMEA-DACH reporting.
• Analyze pipeline, sales activity, and business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support Account Managers with AI-enabled account preparation, insights, and follow-up workflows.
• Drive cross-functional projects and support the German Sales team with analyses, client presentations, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently in the penultimate year of a bachelor's degree, or in the final year with plans to pursue a master's degree.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, spreadsheet, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to produce reports and presentations quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of social media, mobile applications, or digital and mobile marketing.
