Senior Product Designer (Gaming)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for key initiatives across the platform’s sites and ecosystems.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term user value.
• Define, design, test, and iterate experiments that improve user and business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community to shape strategy, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
• Turn complex systems and constraints into intuitive, scalable, accessible experiences across web and desktop.
• Evolve design systems and provide critique, mentorship, direction, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

• Significant product design, UX/UI experience with increasing ownership and scope.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, strategic problem-solving, and measurable product impact.
• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products and simplifying complex workflows.
• High proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Must be located within the United Kingdom; international visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with UGC platforms or creator ecosystems.
• Code-based prototyping experience with Framer, Lovable, Cursor, Figma, or code.
• Familiarity with Linear.
