Senior Product Designer/Product Manager (Payments)

Location: Fully remote in Europe; listed locations include Tallinn, Estonia; Riga, Latvia; and Vilnius, Lithuania.

Annual salary: €65,000–€85,000, depending on location, employment type, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payments experience for brands and creators, including free products, one-time payments, and affiliate commissions.
• Develop prototypes and concepts, design product experiences, gather feedback, and prepare requirements for engineering.
• Write user stories, explain designs to engineers, participate in development cycles, and perform QA before release.
• Prioritize work, maintain the roadmap, and decide when features are ready for customers.
• Speak with brands and creators about payment, gifting, and affiliate-program needs.
• Track product impact through customer feedback and north star metrics while communicating roadmaps and releases across the company.

Requirements

• Experience as both a product designer and product manager, or in a hybrid PM/design role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience writing user stories, communicating designs to developers, prioritizing work, and building roadmaps.
• Experience working with a design system and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and independently solve problems.
• Interest in the creator economy.
• Fluent English required for daily collaboration across countries.

Nice to have

• UX experience with affiliate, marketplace, or payments products.
• Strong research or analytics instincts.
• Experience with Figma, Linear, Notion, Amplitude, or FullStory.
