Senior Product Designer

Location: Cardiff, Bristol or Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

What you will do

• Craft cohesive, end-to-end user experiences using content, UI elements and components from a central design system.
• Create prototypes with tools such as Figma, Axure and Adobe XD.
• Gather user research, define design rationale and balance customer needs with business requirements.
• Work with Product and Engineering to understand technical constraints, identify opportunities and shape solutions.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design for customers with diverse ages, backgrounds and technical abilities.

Requirements

• At least five years of product design experience or equivalent transferable experience.
• Proven experience delivering intuitive user experiences with measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience leading end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through delivery and optimisation.
• Strong prototyping, wireframing, experience design, communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with established design systems and multidisciplinary Design, Product, Engineering and Research teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Cardiff, Bristol or Manchester, attending an office site at least two days per week or 40% of the time.
