Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom, with the option of flexible hybrid working.

Salary: £50,000–£80,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own meaningful customer problems from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement after launch.
• Support the Automation and Governance product group, focusing on activation, time to value and complex workflows.
• Conduct customer discovery, usability research and product-data analysis to identify valuable problems.
• Develop ideas, prototypes and product experiences with product managers and engineers.
• Design intuitive workflows for Salesforce admins, release managers and developers with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Contribute to the wider Product Design team through pairing, reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping digital products, supported by a portfolio showing the problem, approach and outcome.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process.
• Experience speaking directly with users, conducting research and using product analytics.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and interest in learning technical product concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, use AI in day-to-day work and apply post-launch learnings.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, technical applications or developer products.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, DevOps, Git or version control.
• Technical experience with code, HTML, CSS, coded prototypes, design systems, Amplitude, Figma, Notion or Claude.
