Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD annually, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Explore and shape product ideas based on user and business needs.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and deliver UX and UI design across complete user journeys.
• Create prototypes, conduct testing, and iterate on solutions.
• Apply and contribute to scalable design systems, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices.
• Use AI tools for design iteration, research synthesis, and content generation with appropriate human judgment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UXR, and UXA to facilitate workshops, translate research into improvements, and support recruiting and onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Experience contributing to multiple shipped projects with solid design craft and functional product knowledge.
• Strong skills in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
• Working knowledge of user research processes and customer behavior in product contexts.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and align stakeholders through thoughtful rationale.
• Experience working with design systems and designing for scale and consistency.
