Engineering Quality Manager (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and manufactures aerospace products and systems, with this role supporting the A220 programme.

What you will do

• Lead quality engineering activities across the A220 programme and provide functional direction to Plant and Programme Engineering teams.
• Manage supplier quality processes, performance metrics, and regular reviews with airframe engineering suppliers.
• Deliver structured quality reporting and support compliance across Plant and Programme Engineering.
• Deploy and continuously improve quality standards and initiatives supporting programme goals and rate ramp-up.
• Implement early-warning systems and risk-mitigation tools, including APQP and DFMEA, for high-risk deliverables.
• Facilitate design reviews, lessons-learned integration, structured problem-solving, and quality performance tracking.

Requirements

• Relevant BSc/BEng degree and at least 3 years of aerospace quality engineering experience, including leadership in a multifunctional transnational team; alternatively, lesser relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of strong understanding of quality management processes, tools, and engineering processes.
• Experience with supplier quality, quality reporting, risk mitigation, and structured problem-solving.
• Successful applicants will be subject to BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check.
