C&I Quality & Regulatory Manager

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing quality and regulatory team.
• Own and improve the site Quality Management System while maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 certifications.
• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace aligned with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Reduce defects and customer complaints through root cause analysis, predictive analytics, and proactive prevention.
• Partner with operations and engineering to apply Right First Time principles, digital quality tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and automation.
• Oversee audits, compliance programs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant quality leadership experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management System platforms.
• Experience with data analytics tools, ERP systems, and digital quality platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage organizational change.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite in Wotton, Surrey, United Kingdom.
