Principal Developer Advocate (AI)

Location: Remote from Czechia or Poland; approximately 30% travel to conferences and meet-ups may be required. In-person onboarding or identity verification may be required.

Base salary: 1,302,000–1,909,600 CZK annually for Czechia-based roles.

What you will do

• Create sample applications, SDKs, and reference code for hirify.global Platform Services and related APIs.
• Produce tutorials, how-to guides, blog posts, and short technical demos for developer communities and events.
• Provide technical support and triage for partners and customers integrating APS APIs.
• Reproduce integration issues and coordinate fixes with product and engineering teams.
• Influence API design, improve developer experience, and maintain runbooks and onboarding flows.
• Develop MCP server and client reference implementations and use generative AI tools to accelerate deliverables while maintaining quality and security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering or developer-facing experience across web, cloud, or native environments.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and modern web or cloud stacks, including clean and tested sample code.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2 flows, service accounts, authentication, authorization, and secure integration practices.
• Fluency with Agentic AI, Skills, and SDD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Developer advocacy, developer support, or partner-facing engineering experience.
• Experience with APS/Forge or hirify.global product APIs such as Revit, ACC/BIM Automation, or Fusion.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, .NET, Docker, and cloud deployment patterns.
• Familiarity with MCP server/client patterns or agentic AI integrations.
