AI & Data Technical Consultant (AI): Building production AI solutions, data pipelines, RAG assistants, agents, and automations for internal business teams with an accent on rapid prototyping, Snowflake data pipelines, dbt models, and measurable adoption. Focus on scoping AI opportunities, deploying secure and monitored applications, integrating business tools, and enabling colleagues through workshops and templates.
Location: Czechia or Poland; Prague office

What you will do
- Identify AI opportunities across HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations and turn business needs into scoped projects.
- Rapidly prototype AI applications, then deploy, secure, monitor, and maintain successful solutions in production.
- Build data pipelines into Snowflake and clean data models in dbt.
- Develop agents, RAG assistants, automations, evaluations, and integrations with Slack, CRM, ticketing tools, n8n, and MCP.
- Lead AI enablement through workshops, office hours, and reusable templates.
- Measure adoption and iterate based on business impact.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI-first applications with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Production experience deploying, securing, monitoring, and supporting applications used by real people.
- Experience building data pipelines or data models relied on by users.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Comfort working with business users, owning problems from idea through adoption, and measuring impact.
- At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in a product, startup, solutions, or data team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or Airflow.
- Experience with Pydantic AI, Langfuse, or similar tools.
- TypeScript or Streamlit experience for rapidly building internal front ends.
