Focus on building scalable operating systems, maintaining quality across programs, and translating partner and model-development needs into measurable workflows and product priorities.

What you will do
- Own partner delivery from program scoping through launch, execution, scaling, and iteration.
- Translate research and model-development needs into program requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
- Design RL Gym programs with frontier-model teams to address identified model gaps.
- Establish quality standards and quality assurance practices for consistent, reliable outputs.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and operating models while monitoring quality, capacity, timelines, cost, throughput, and partner satisfaction.
- Build and lead the program management and operations function, collaborating with Sales, Product, Research, Delivery, and Operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product, operations, consulting, or a similar field.
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs at scale.
- Ability to build scalable operating processes and maintain a high quality bar.
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured execution.
- Experience working with technical or enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with high ownership in fast-moving environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, RLHF, model evaluation, data operations, frontier AI labs, or technical platforms.
