What you will do

• Architect and optimize cross-R&D operating models for planning, execution governance, and dependency mapping.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management across Engineering and Product functions to reconcile conflicting priorities.
• Prototype and implement AI-driven workflows, API integrations, and low-code automations to streamline operational tracking.
• Analyze R&D delivery metrics and telemetry to identify and remove systemic friction points without increasing manual reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager within a SaaS R&D organization.
• University degree in Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Jira Automation, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Fluency in AI/LLM tools, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows for operational automation.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Must have existing work authorization for Israel; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position.
