Technical Program Leader (Enterprise SaaS) (AI/workflow automation): Designing and scaling cross-functional R&D operating models for planning, dependency tracking, governance, and engineering effectiveness with an accent on AI-driven workflows, API integrations, and data analytics. Focus on aligning engineering and product stakeholders, automating operational reporting, and solving organizational bottlenecks across large SaaS development teams.
Location: Petach Tikva, Israel; most teams work from the office full time

What you will do
- Design, roll out, and optimize cross-functional R&D operating models covering planning cadences, execution governance, and dependency mapping.
- Align Engineering and Product stakeholders, resolve conflicting priorities, and guide teams through organizational change.
- Build automated workflows, API integrations, and AI-driven tooling for data aggregation, status tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze R&D delivery metrics, telemetry, and performance data to identify systemic friction and improve engineering effectiveness.
- Replace manual administrative work with scalable engineering-adjacent solutions that preserve developer velocity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager in an R&D organization within a SaaS company.
- Engineering degree and experience designing processes that affect large engineering organizations of 150+ people.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, Jira Automation, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, or enterprise management ecosystems.
- Experience with AI-first tools, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or LLM-assisted coding.
- Ability to query and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Understanding of SaaS product development, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity or high-scale cloud environments.
