Associate Program Manager (Unmanned Systems)

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Support planning, daily execution, and cross-functional coordination across R&D, operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance.
• Own defined project workstreams from objectives and execution plans through dependency tracking and delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier commitments, orders, and long-lead items.
• Ensure hardware and equipment readiness for integration, testing, field deployments, demonstrations, and customer deliveries.
• Lead system implementation with operational end users and coordinate rapid resolution of technical and field issues.
• Track actions, facilitate working sessions, identify risks and bottlenecks, and escalate recovery plans to the Program Manager.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or project workstream management in a technological, engineering, or multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong technical understanding across hardware, software, and operations, with the ability to work closely with engineering and integration teams.
• A relevant academic degree in engineering, computer science, technology management, or exact sciences, or significant technical/military experience in IDF technological, intelligence, C4I, Israeli Air Force, UAV, or drone units.
• Strong ownership, initiative, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to manage shifting priorities and short deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across matrixed teams, coordinate contributors, and build accountability without formal authority.
• Fluent written and verbal Hebrew and English; willingness to adjust the schedule for critical milestones, field trials, and client demonstrations.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, unmanned aerial systems, drones, counter-drone technologies, robotics, aerospace, or direct work with the IDF, IMOD, or DDR&D.
• Hands-on experience in system integration, field operations, procurement, supply chain, or technical support.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ERP systems, MS Project, Monday, or similar program management tools.
• PMP or CAPM certification or formal project management coursework.
