Lead Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional programs across R&D, IT, and Security.
• Build project plans, timelines, dependency maps, and risk logs to maintain alignment on scope and status.
• Drive release management through release calendars, readiness criteria, and go/no-go decisions.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and blockers to keep programs on track.
• Track R&D quality and efficiency KPIs and present insights to company leadership.
• Lead and develop the R&D Operations team while improving processes, tooling, and system integrations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a team lead or people manager, ideally in technical program management, R&D operations, or engineering operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with end-to-end release management and Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multiple workstreams and management teams.
• Technical background in APIs, system integrations, and architecture documentation, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong AI orientation with frequent practical use of modern AI tools such as Anthropic and OpenAI.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity, on-premises, networking, or technology integration experience.
• BA or BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
