Senior Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process for cybersecurity solutions with Product and R&D leadership.
• Align squad goals with company objectives in collaboration with the Director of Program Management.
• Build and optimize agile processes to improve team performance and product delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience in the high-tech industry, focused on R&D.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and Jira.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry and understanding of cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience managing AI model training workflows, including data preparation, evaluation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams and departments.
