Fraud Threat Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fraud threat analysts, including task allocation, prioritization, and performance feedback.
• Set research priorities and methodologies based on client needs and business objectives.
• Oversee and conduct investigations into fraud methods across web and mobile platforms, social media, forums, apps, and the dark web.
• Design fraud research methodologies and guide the technical validation of abuse scenarios.
• Build, maintain, and operate research environments and technical tooling for fraud investigations and red team activities.
• Analyze datasets, telemetry, and technical artifacts, then present actionable intelligence and mitigation recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, CTI, fraud detection, security research, or a similar technical investigative role.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts in a formal or technical leadership capacity.
• Experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and delivering under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of OPSEC principles and experience implementing them at team level.
• Strong knowledge of WEBINT and OSINT across social media, apps, and the dark web.
• Technical experience with environments, logs, APIs, automation, and investigative tooling.
