Senior Intelligence Analyst (Blockchain Intelligence)

Location: Remote, United States. US-based preferred but not required. Standard business hours in the candidate's timezone with 3–4 hours of overlap across US time zones, EST preferred. Occasional low-frequency travel for team engagements.

What you will do

• Own blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area and deliver finished, source-cited intelligence across scam and fraud, counter-narcotics, facilitation, and money laundering.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines that process diverse intelligence signals and improve target selection and lead generation.
• Trace funds across blockchains and through obfuscation, correlating on-chain activity with OSINT and Mandarin-language sources.
• Attribute professional money laundering organizations, illicit gambling networks, threat actors, and related entities.
• Develop reusable AI methods and investigative tradecraft adopted by the broader Intelligence team.
• Support delivery across Mission, Counter Narcotics, Nation States, and Facilitation and Money Laundering.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or financial-crime investigations.
• Strong OSINT and off-chain investigative tradecraft, including connecting on-chain activity to real-world people, companies, and networks.
• Domain expertise in professional money laundering organizations, illicit gambling networks, and underground banking.
• Production AI fluency, including building end-to-end pipelines, augmenting target selection, and critically evaluating outputs.
• Experience independently running complex investigations and producing clear, source-cited written intelligence.
• Ability to collaborate with 3–4 hours of overlap across US time zones, with EST preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on blockchain tracing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
