OP27 Noctua Industrialization Supply Chain & Quality Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Sevilla Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and quality management for suppliers within the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team.
• Represent hirify.global in front of suppliers, authorities, audits, assessments, and multifunctional teams.
• Deploy hirify.global quality and supply chain requirements across suppliers and aerospace programs including A400M, MRTT, L&M, EFA, Aerostructures, and Eurodrone.
• Participate in tenders, new product introductions, transfers of work, industrial changes, modifications, and supplier assessments.
• Lead APQP deployment, supplier performance surveillance, qualifications and certifications monitoring, first article inspections, and procurement tool deployment.
• Manage quality escapes and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
• Negotiation-level communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain quality and/or supply chain.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, multifunctional teamwork, flexibility, and proactive behavior.
