What you will do

• Own end-to-end global category strategy for Software, IT Services, and Strategic Hardware.
• Design competitive strategies based on market intelligence, risk assessment, and long-range business planning.
• Lead complex negotiations, globalization programs, harmonization initiatives, and critical supplier escalations.
• Build sub-category roadmaps with project and savings pipelines aligned to budget cycles.
• Deliver savings targets, optimize Business Operational Impact, and establish supplier risk mitigation plans.
• Engage senior stakeholders, partner with Country Procurement Heads, and coach Global Lead Buyers and domain team members.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Procurement or a closely related field.
• Proven global-scale expertise in Digital/IT category management, including Software, IT Services, and Hardware.
• Mastery of TCO, Supplier Relationship Management, Market Intelligence, and Risk Management methodologies.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations and understanding SLAs, KPIs, legal, business, and operational considerations.
• Minimum Master's degree from an accredited college or university; fluent English required.
