Global Category Manager for Digital (Digital Procurement)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end global category strategy for software, IT services, and strategic hardware across hirify.global entities.
• Design category strategies using market intelligence, risk assessment, and long-range business planning.
• Lead complex negotiations, globalization programs, harmonization initiatives, and supplier escalations.
• Build sub-category roadmaps with project and savings pipelines aligned with budget cycles.
• Establish supplier risk mitigation plans using assessments and scorecards.
• Engage senior leaders and Country Procurement Heads while coaching Global Lead Buyers and domain team members.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in procurement or a closely related field.
• Proven global-scale expertise in digital and IT category management, including software, IT services, and hardware.
• Mastery of TCO, supplier relationship management, market intelligence, and risk management methodologies.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex matrix organizations.
• Minimum Master's degree from an accredited college or university; fluent English required.
