DDP Manager III, Customer Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders through regular visits.
• Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including objectives, performance reviews, career planning, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Product Divisions on technical support, training, spares, and reliability, and manage escalation procedures.
• Plan customer accounts and support system sales, forecasting, cost efficiency, and district financial performance.
• Plan and execute system installations, including pre-facility and start-up meetings and process support identification.
• Manage RMA procedures, engineer effectiveness measurements, and customer engineer hours tracking.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze situations and data by reviewing relevant factors.
• Experience providing direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies.
• Ability to gain cooperation and present technical information about projects or schedules.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' global Standards of Business Conduct.
• Ability to work in Hiroshima, Japan, with travel required approximately 10% of the time.
