Commercial Product Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop product processes from laboratory scale to high-volume manufacturing.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Apply design of experiments, failure mode and effect analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Improve the quality and supply stability of commercialized lithography products.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and cross-functional business teams.
• Engage with customers to understand market trends and prioritize quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Professional Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level and working proficiency in English.
• Thorough understanding of organic and inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and chemical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with design of experiments, failure mode and effect analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, chemistry, or materials science.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Driving license.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or polymerization industries.
• Knowledge or certification in Six Sigma or project management.
