TS&D Engineer (Kalrez)

What you will do

• Provide technical service and development support to customers through training, troubleshooting, problem solving, and application development.
• Plan and conduct laboratory performance evaluations and generate technical data for customer and market needs.
• Identify unmet application needs and lead development projects from conception through implementation and commercialization with the sales team.
• Support new material and application technology launches through the global technology network.
• Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers and partners.
• Build knowledge of advanced technology trends and engage with technical resources through industry conferences and associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a related scientific field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical engineer.
• Ability to define customer needs, conduct performance evaluations, and drive new product or application development.
• Broad technical interest across semiconductor and industrial markets.
• English communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel within Japan approximately 20% of the time.
