Senior Contract Manager (FIDIC)

What you will do

• Administer FIDIC contracts across the full project lifecycle, ensuring notices, instructions, claims, payment certificates, and approvals meet contractual requirements and deadlines.
• Develop contracting strategies, pricing models, and risk allocation frameworks aligned with project and client objectives.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, ITTs, and contract documentation, including bid evaluations and contract award negotiations.
• Manage variations and change control, assessing scope, time, and cost impacts.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and settle contractor claims, extension-of-time requests, delay damages, loss and expense claims, and final accounts.
• Maintain contract records, identify risks, advise project stakeholders on contractual obligations, and report on KPIs, cost variances, programme compliance, and risk exposure.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, engineering, law, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional qualification or active progress toward CIPS, FIDIC accreditation, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience administering FIDIC Red, Yellow, and/or Silver Book contracts across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience managing contracts, claims, change control, and extension-of-time processes in construction, data centre, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, and project management stakeholders on contractual governance and risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centre programmes using EPC, EPCM, or Design & Build strategies.
• Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or VOB frameworks in multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Senior-level experience delivering large capital programmes with multiple stakeholders.
