SS&P Trade Compliance & Geopolitical Manager

What you will do

• Serve as the SS&P focal point for trade compliance and geopolitical topics across sourcing, supply chain, and procurement.
• Conduct risk assessments and improve trade compliance controls through automation and data-driven methods.
• Assess emerging legislation, develop supply chain scenarios, and integrate geopolitical risks into category strategies.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance and Government & External Affairs to secure execution across regions.
• Lead organizational capability development and define trade compliance performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or trade-related roles within a global environment.
• Understanding of trade regulations, including export controls, customs, and sanctions.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, influence without authority, and align senior functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and strategic-thinking skills.
