Legal Counsel BeneLux

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands; hybrid work partly from the Amsterdam office and partly from home. A valid working visa for the Netherlands is required.

What you will do

• Advise operational teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on a broad range of legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements, focusing on software and SaaS contracts.
• Provide legal support to the Bid Management team for public tender submissions.
• Manage multiple legal matters and projects while maintaining accuracy and professional integrity.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and the wider Corporate Group Legal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dutch law.
• Experience in a law firm and/or international in-house corporate environment, ideally in the software or SaaS sector.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: B2B contract law, corporate law, software/SaaS contracting, public tender regulations, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Native Dutch language skills and professional English proficiency are required.
• Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
