Senior Product Manager - AI Innovation

Base salary: £93,500–£110,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for an AI Innovation area within the core PXM platform.
• Lead customer, partner, and internal discovery to identify use cases, needs, and business outcomes.
• Use LLMs, agents, and AI tools to accelerate research, experimentation, and product development.
• Design and run experiments and pilots, define success metrics, and make data-driven scaling decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design counterparts to move ideas from prototypes to shipped value.
• Align Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Advisory, Support, R&D, and senior leaders around product direction and adoption.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning outcomes in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated product judgment, strategic thinking, prioritization, and ability to defend recommendations to senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience building AI products with LLMs, agents, and AI tools.
• Experience defining hypotheses and success metrics, running pilots, and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading discovery with technical audiences and converting ambiguous feedback into clear plans.
• Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, resilience, and bias to action.
