Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, England. Hybrid work is required, with employees expected to be in the office at least three days per week. Dublin, Ireland is also listed as another location.

What you will do

• Own a significant product area or lead an important product project.
• Research customer problems using data analysis and direct customer interactions, then frame opportunities for the team.
• Define, manage, and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, timing, and rationale.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to design, build, and ship product solutions.
• Use AI to accelerate product development and increase team impact.
• Measure product outcomes, maintain product quality, and support go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Strong ability to understand and articulate complex customer problems using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
• Experience defining and communicating compelling product roadmaps.
• Strong product judgment across customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship effective products.
• Understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including feasibility assessment and trade-off analysis.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low-code tooling, and system architecture; excellent communication and ownership skills.
