Product Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers without formal authority.
• Own substantial work packages end to end, from problem definition and strategy through delivery.
• Translate AI research progress and customer needs into clear product roadmaps.
• Sequence capabilities to maximise impact and reduce delivery risk.
• Set, track, and report on KPIs and milestones while establishing an effective operating rhythm.
• Communicate technical decisions and progress to engineers, leadership, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• Experience independently owning substantial work packages and leading cross-functional delivery.
• Strong technical depth in AI/ML, autonomy, robotics, or another deep-tech domain.
• Proven experience in product management, technical programme management, or a similar role involving complex technical products.
• Clear communication, active listening, sound judgement, and the ability to motivate teams through ambiguity.
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and adapt as new information emerges.
