Senior Product Manager - Triage (AI)

Location: London Wall, London, United Kingdom

Base pay range in the Netherlands: €100,400–€167,300 annually when performed in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for editorial triage solutions.
• Lead delivery within a cross-functional agile squad, managing priorities, backlog health, and progress.
• Conduct discovery with editors and translate user needs into improved triage and signal-management experiences.
• Partner with data science, analytics, integrity, engineering, and editorial stakeholders to evaluate signals and technical trade-offs.
• Define success measures through analytics, experimentation, KPIs, OKRs, and ROI analysis.
• Support product launches, adoption, change management, and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience covering product strategy, delivery, and roadmap planning.
• Experience working with AI and machine learning products, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent-based workflows.
• Strong analytical, discovery, experimentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience partnering with data scientists and using model evaluations and experiments to guide product decisions.
• Understanding of technical concepts and architectural trade-offs, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools.
• Familiarity with scholarly publishing, editorial workflows, peer review, or research integrity.
