Staff Networking Engineer (Networking)

What you will do

• Develop cloud-native products and services for the Kubernetes product ecosystem.
• Support cloud infrastructure deployments using hirify.global products.
• Troubleshoot deployments and resolve complex infrastructure problems.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement the product roadmap.
• Build reliable private cloud capabilities across networking, virtualization, and containerized environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6–15 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in a major programming language; Python or Golang preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, computer science fundamentals, and networking protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and other containerization technologies.
• Experience with OpenStack or DevStack.
• Experience in cloud computing and virtualization.
